Malone’s Landscape is an award-winning, family-owned landscape design/build and commercial maintenance company serving the greater Seattle area for more than 30 years. About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role with the freedom and responsibility to drive growth across Malone’s residential design/build business.

You will find and win new clients, create exceptional outdoor-living designs, lead the sales and design team, and help drive the continued growth and success of the division.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build a steady pipeline by pursuing referral relationships, strategic partnerships, and new opportunities throughout the greater Seattle market.
  • Hunt for high-value residential design/build projects and create the relationships that keep Malone’s growth moving forward.
  • Lead consultations that uncover the client’s vision, build trust, and turn strong opportunities into signed projects.
  • Create distinctive, practical outdoor-living designs that bring each client’s vision to life and reflect Malone’s standard of craftsmanship.
  • Lead and develop the design/build sales team through clear expectations, accountability, coaching, and support.
  • Help establish and achieve sales goals, pipeline targets, and other key performance expectations.
  • Work closely with operations and production leadership to help ensure projects transition successfully from sale and design into construction.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Five or more years of residential landscape design/build experience.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales, including winning high-value custom projects.
  • Sales management experience with the ability to create accountability, coach performance, and build a productive team.
  • Strong understanding of landscape and outdoor-living design.
  • Strong leadership skills, sound business judgment, and the confidence to make decisions that move the business forward.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Work Environment
This position includes a combination of in office work and regular travel to project job sites.
