About the Job
We are currently seeking an Client Relations Manager to join our high-energy, growth-oriented company. The Client Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining a territory of existing accounts and directly manages the field operations to ensure our clients receive the best possible service as well as handling property enhancement sales. They are expected to be well-versed in all landscape maintenance processes and health and safety regulations. OR Have an extensive background in hospitality or Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
- Perform weekly site visits and formal walkthrus with clients to ensure service expectations are being met or exceeded
- Proactively pursue site enhancement sales and activities and present plans and estimates for enhancements to clients.
- Ensure renewals of assigned accounts and seed referrals for new sales opportunities
- Assist and resolve any client issues or concerns with a positive and proactive attitude
- Manage the delivery of services per the contract and scope of work
- Ensure a safe environment for clients, employees and the general public.
- Provide assistance and oversight to crews in the field in order to provide the company standards of of service.
- Maintain paperwork and reporting requirements as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-year experience as an account manager or another similar leadership role in the service industry
- 3 years of prior landscape service experience or direct landscaping experience
- Working knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage
- Exceptional work ethic and excellent customer service skills
