We offer design services provided by experienced and talented Landscape Architects and Designers who will listen to your needs and concerns and create a plan you will love and a construction estimate with realistic costs. Our skilled crews work in conjunction with you and your designer to ensure your project is completed as envisioned and to ensure your complete satisfaction. On Site Meeting

Get started by scheduling an on site meeting with one of our Landscape Architects or Designers. There is no charge for this initial meeting and a great time to assess your landscaping needs, walk your property and discuss your priorities, budget and timeframe. Fill out our Design Questionnaire prior to your meeting to help your designer have a better understanding of your likes and dislikes.

Design Agreement

A landscape design is the next step in the process and you will be given a design agreement with a scope of work and fees associated with your landscape design. When you are ready to move to the next step just sign the agreement and provide a 50% deposit and we will take it from here. If you already have a design we can skip this step

Site Measurement & Base Map

Our design team will measure your site and create a base map on AutoCAD depicting existing grades, lot lines, and elements per your initial meeting and discussions. If any permits, additional surveys or engineering work is needed there may be additional charges.

Conceptual Plan

A conceptual plan is developed based on your individual needs and lifestyle and the scope of work laid out in the Design Agreement. This will start molding the landscape design and help you visualize the space. Your designer will meet with you to go over the conceptual plan and discuss material options, plant choices and other design details. This generally includes a rough site plan, sketches, photos and other materials choices.

Final Plan & Construction Estimate

Once the plan is refined and completed and material choices are finalized a detailed cost estimate for the construction of your project will be provided. Large landscape projects may be completed in phases and our design team will help you decide the best construction approach. Signing the Proposal/Contract and providing the job deposit will put your project on the schedule and get you one step closer to enjoying your new landscape. During our busiest seasons this can be longer than expected so starting early on the planning process is a good idea.

Project Construction & Completion

Our skilled construction team will install your new landscape per the landscape plan and proposal. We have the experience and know how to get the job done right. Your designer will be on hand to make sure the integrity of your design is installed correctly and according to the vision. Upon completion your designer will walk through your new installation with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
