Irrigation Repair & Diagnostics Services
Tell us what’s going on and we’ll usually have a tech on-site ASAP. They show up stocked with common parts, so about 9 out of 10 repairs are finished the same trip — no second appointment, no waiting on parts.

Water Features & Pumps Repaired Too
Most Common Irrigation Issues. Let’s Talk.
These are the calls we get most — and the ones our techs are set up to fix in a single visit.
| A zone just won’t turn on, no matter what |
Controller / valve
|
| A head is stuck up, spraying sideways, or leaking at the base | Sprinkler head |
| A valve won’t fully shut off, or you’re finding a soggy patch that won’t dry out | Valve / leak |
| Your water bill jumped and nothing on the surface looks different | Hidden leak |
| The timer or controller is glitching, blank, or stuck on one program | Controller |
| A pump or water feature stopped running — and the last company you called said they don’t touch those | Pump / feature |
Want repairs completed the same day?
You can select to pre-approve minor repairs so they can be completed during your scheduled visit. This helps avoid delays and ensures your system is fully operational right away.
Pre-approving repairs means:
✔ Ensures immediate system readiness
✔ Avoids return-trip scheduling delays
✔ Saves time and additional service fees
How a repair call actually goes
01 / CONTACT
Tell us what’s happening
Call or fill out the form with what you’re seeing — a dead zone, a leak, a controller that’s acting up. That’s enough for us to send the right tech.
02 / SCHEDULE
Get on the calendar
Most customers are booked within a week. Our techs work Monday through Friday, and we’ll give you a real window, not a vague “sometime this week.”
03 / REPAIR
One visit, mostly done
Techs roll out stocked with common parts. About 9 in 10 repairs get fixed on that first appointment — no waiting around for a second trip.
Pricing you’ll see coming
No mystery diagnostic fee, no upsell games. Every visit starts with a flat site-visit rate, and if a repair genuinely needs more time than expected, your tech will talk it through with you before scheduling anything further.
If that happens, the second visit’s site fee is on us — you’ve already paid for the diagnosis once.
| Site Visit | Rates |
| First 30 minutes on-site | $135 |
| Each additional hour | $135 |
If your tech needs more time or if special parts need to be ordered, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit and waive the site fee for it. You’re not charged until the work is complete. Cost of parts are in addition to site visit fees.
