The project features a two-story deck structure complete with a fireplace, sitting area, and wet bar on the first level. Access to the second level is via a beautiful, modern metal spiral staircase. This level boasts a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with bar seating, designed for outdoor cooking and entertaining.
The decking material on the second level is TimberTech AZEK ‘Vintage Collection’ in Coastal with a Charcoal border, pairing perfectly with the first level’s Belgard Lafitt 3 piece pavers in “Rio” color and Catalina border pavers in charcoal.
Additional features include a large area of synthetic turf for a maintenance-free lawn, a relaxing fire pit for gatherings and warmth, a retaining wall to manage landscape elevation and add to the aesthetic, and thoughtfully chosen plantings to enhance the beauty and privacy of the space.
