This beautiful oasis was the dream of our Sammamish client to finish up a full house remodel for her family to hang out and enjoy their time together at home. This beautiful 3-acre property backs up to a wetland area and the project would require the navigation of a difficult permit process and a three-phased implementation to incorporate their wishes. The design was extensive and included the renovation of the entire front yard landscape, drainage, irrigation, and a new driveway in the first phase, a backyard patio, firepit, and plantings in the second phase, and a pool in the third phase.
With a beautiful pool and spa, extensive lawn and patios, a fire pit, and a split rail fence this project is the perfect outdoor living space for family and friends to gather and create beautiful memories.
