Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to Malone’s quality standards
- Lead coordination between internal teams, field crews, and subcontractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Proactively manage project challenges and keep everything moving forward
- Execute and manage change orders with accuracy and transparency
- Maintain strong oversight of job costs, timelines, and overall performance
Qualifications
- Construction: 5 years (Required)
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
- Experience leading crews, subcontractors or field teams
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate clearly
