About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Commercial Landscape/Construction Business Developer to join our team and help us drive growth in the Greater Seattle area. If you are a natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and loves the idea of making a tangible impact, this role is for you.

You’ll focus on acquiring new clients, developing long-term partnerships, and driving revenue through strategic business development. Success in this role requires a combination of horticultural knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a drive to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage a pipeline of well-qualified new business opportunities in commercial landscape maintenance.

Develop, estimate, and close commercial maintenance contracts.

Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Cultivate strong regional networks and establish yourself as a trusted representative of Malone’s in the industry.

Attend events as a Malone’s representative (some evenings/weekends may be required).

Stay ahead of market trends and identify opportunities for growth with a strategic, customer-focused approach.

What You’ll Bring

A passion for excellence and alignment with Malone’s Core Values.

A valid Washington driver’s license and insurability under company guidelines.

3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance and horticulture.

A proven track record in business development, B2B sales, and meeting revenue goals.

Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients and teams at all levels.

A proactive, optimistic, and results-driven mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools to stay organized and accountable.

Base Salary + Commissions (Starting at $80,000 with potential for $110,000+)
