A peek into how we celebrate our wins
Each month we take time to celebrate and recognize all employees with culture rallies. They are filled with appreciation and cheers for the work we have accomplished as well as paired with delicious food, drinks and music. Malone’s ensures that each and every employee feels valued and joy.
We also hold a big event each spring and bring in vendors we use for equipment and products we install. This event allows our crews to fine tune or advance their knowledge and skills. But we don't stop there. We make time for additional smaller training and safety events throughout the year.
