About the Role

As the Enhancement/Irrigation Team Manager, you’ll take charge of all enhancement and irrigation operations, from scheduling and project management to client collaboration and team leadership. Your role is fast-paced and hands-on, with a strong focus on organization, quality, and team empowerment.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on managing resources, solving problems, and delivering outstanding results for both clients and employees.

What You’ll Do

Lead Enhancement and Irrigation Projects: Oversee all aspects of landscape enhancement and irrigation services, managing materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.

Drive Operational Excellence: Schedule daily operations and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.

Collaborate with Clients: Partner with Account Managers to design, estimate, and deliver enhancement and irrigation solutions, while meeting directly with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Train and Develop the Team: Mentor and empower team members, providing training on equipment use, safety protocols, planting techniques, and quality standards.

Sell Services: Identify opportunities to grow enhancement and irrigation services and close sales with new and existing clients.

Ensure Safety and Quality: Uphold Malone’s commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in every project.

Step In as Needed: Work alongside crews when necessary to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Manage Resources: Order materials, monitor costs, and ensure tools and equipment are maintained and utilized effectively.

Maintain Records: Accurately manage schedules, timekeeping, job databases, and client billing systems.

Monitor Financials: Understand and manage budgets, labor, and gross profits for all projects.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence and has the skills to lead a high-performing team.

Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience in landscape/irrigation installation, service, and repair.

Knowledge: Strong expertise in plant material, horticultural best practices, and irrigation systems.

Customer Focus: A client-first mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.

Tech Skills: Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office and job databases.

Leadership: Proven ability to train, develop, and motivate a team.

License: Valid Washington driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Extra Points: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

This role requires comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to adapt to the physical demands of the job.
